All employees must verify that newly added dependents meet the requirements for dependent coverage. If you add a new dependent during Annual Enrollment, upon hire or due to a Qualified Life Event, you will receive an email from HR Services within a few weeks of making your elections requesting supporting documentation to verify the relationship of your dependent.
