Navigating your health and benefits just got easier. Our new Health Assistants will work with you and your family 1-on-1 to answer benefits questions and ensure your health care needs are met.

Accolade Health Assistants – who replaced our Benefits Advocates on October 3, 2022* – will help you and your dependents optimize your Morgan Stanley benefits and navigate the health care system. As your one point of contact for benefits issues, call on them for questions big or small – for instance, when you want to find an-in-network provider, have a billing issue, join the Firm as a new employee, or have a major life event such as illness, a new child, marriage or taking a leave of absence.

*Note: If you have an open case with a Benefits Advocate that is not resolved before October 3, you may continue working with the Benefits Advocate until the matter is resolved by emailing MorganStanleyBenefitsAdvocates@alight.com to the attention of the assigned Benefits Advocate or by calling 800-555-7187 to leave a voicemail for callback.

What’s New

Expert, individualized assistance from your own care team
Receive ongoing support from the same Health Assistant who will get to know you and your family and work with you throughout your health journey until the matter is resolved.

Clinical support
Your care team will also include an Accolade nurse who can explain symptoms and treatment options and help you work through a health issue by connecting you with clinical programs specific to your health conditions. Health Assistants are also supported by doctors, pharmacists and claims specialists who work together to help across all your needs.

Ease of contact
Use the Accolade member portal or mobile app to message with your care team, search for care or access benefits information. You may also call your Health Assistant directly.
