Staffed by a full-time doctor, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and nurses from One Medical, the Firm’s three* onsite health centers are a convenient way to receive exceptional and comprehensive primary care at the office – and most services are free of charge to employees**. The onsite health centers are available to all Morgan Stanley employees, even if you’re not enrolled in the Firm’s medical plans.

Health Center Services
One Medical supports a wide range of health care needs from annual physicals and sick visits, to helping you manage stress, make healthy lifestyle changes, or control ongoing conditions such as diabetes and hypertension. The health centers also have onsite labs.

Book an Appointment Online or by Phone

1. Download the One Medical app and activate your account with your full Firm email (e.g., @morganstanley.com)
2. Select Book a Visit, describe your issue and select Next
   
3. Select In-Office Visit
   
4. At the top of the screen, select Locations and then your preferred office location

As required by IRS guidelines, employees who enroll in Option C must pay a fee for any non-preventive services received through the Onsite Health Centers. Such fees will count towards a participant’s deductible and out-of-pocket maximum.
