How It Works

When you’re experiencing difficulties in your personal or professional life, Humana provides confidential, short-term counseling 24/7 from licensed professionals — over the phone or in person, whatever works best for you.

Who Can Use It

Employees and their immediate family members can each speak with a counselor up to five times per year, per topic. Services are completely confidential, and your personal information will never be shared with Morgan Stanley.

When to Use It

Call Humana when:

You or a family member needs someone to talk to about stress, legal, financial or family concerns.

You or a loved one is having difficulty sleeping, struggling with an eating disorder, abusing alcohol or drugs or is frequently feeling anxious or angry.

Note: If you enrolled in the Firm’s Medical Plan through Cigna or UnitedHealthcare (UHC), you may seek care at a preferred facility for substance and alcohol use treatment. These facilities have been identified as providing the highest-quality care with successful outcome measures. Learn more.

You have relationship concerns or are thinking about a separation or divorce.

You need a referral for a tax preparer, accountant or other professional in your area.
