  1. Create a new account at flywheelsports.com. If you have an account already, skip to step 2.
  2. Email your account username from your Morgan Stanley account to jschwartz@flywheelsports.com to verify your employee status.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email when your account is confirmed.

HOW MUCH WILL YOU SAVE?

WHAT IS FLYWHEEL AND FLYBARRE?

FlyWheel is a 45-to-60-minute studio cycling class. The classes are always different, with a mix of fast sprint intervals, slow climbs and upper body exercise to build endurance and muscle while burning calories. The playlists are created by the Flywheel instructors from a collection of music curated by Flywheel’s own DJ. Instructors choreograph their own classes, syncing their rides to the beat of their songs to ensure a new experience every time.

FlyBarre is a 45-to-60-minute body sculpting class that blends the light weight training, dance and core strengthening exercises. Using small intense interval exercises choreographed to music, FlyBarre reshapes the body to create lean, strong and elongated muscles. Classes are energetic and fast-paced while systematically working each muscle group through a sequence of focused movements, or “pulses.” Routines change frequently and use a variety of props to tighten muscles and ensure no two classes are the same.
