Our team of dedicated Benefits Advocates can work with you and your family members one-on-one to make sure your questions are answered. They’re available during Annual Enrollment and throughout the year to you and your family, including your spouse or partner and even your parents.

DURING ANNUAL ENROLLMENT OR AS A NEW HIRE

Call for personalized support:

  • Selecting the right medical, dental and vision options, as well as determining how much to contribute to spending accounts and which disability, life and other insurances are best for your needs
  • Estimating what your medical costs might look like under each option
  • Using the enrollment system and making your elections

THROUGHOUT THE YEAR

Benefits Advocates will:

  • Research in-network doctors and specialists, schedule appointments and help you make benefits elections
  • Guide you through complicated health issues
  • Navigate the health care system and clinical care needs for you
  • Advocate on your behalf with your insurance provider about health care claims and billing issues
  • Connect you to the right resources, such as insurers, medical second opinions, child and elder care resources, and Firm programs
  • Help your family members with their health insurance questions, including other employer plans, state exchanges, and Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid

Work with the same advocate from start to finish, until your case is resolved. And if you like your advocate, request him/her for future issues. You can even schedule appointments online, send confidential messages and web chat.

And when you experience a key life event – such as a new child, going on a leave of absence or joining the Firm as a new hire – an advocate will contact you to schedule a convenient time to guide you through any necessary benefits decisions and suggest programs right for you.
