Who’s Eligible

All U.S. benefits-eligible employees, with the exception of employees enrolled in Option C coverage under the Medical Plan, may set aside money in a Health Care FSA on a before-tax basis to pay for eligible health-related expenses. You do not have to enroll in the Firm’s Medical, Dental or Vision Plans to be eligible to contribute to the HCFSA.
